You can return your device free of charge once your rent has expired. Choose to end your rent on the Onreal app, wipe off all personal data, and a delivery carrier will pick up the device from your location.

By simply choosing to swap on the Onreal app, you can send the device back to us and get something new.

In case of damage, Onreal covers 20% of the repair costs. However, Onreal is not responsible for theft, loss or intentional damage
